How It Works

Gentle Yoga, Sundays 8am

Let the warmth of the morning sun and gentle sounds of nature help you reconnect with your breath and body each week. These beginner-friendly classes focus on feel good movement and stress relief. Classes are tailored to the students that arrive each week. All proceeds go directly to support the Accessible Movement Project.

Accessible Movement Project Liability Waiver

Myofascial Release & Restore, Tuesdays 730p

Looking for a low-intensity way to take care of your body and mind? Offered at golden hour, these classes combine gentle movement with self-massage techniques using therapy balls or similar props. Expect slow exploration, supported shapes, and time to release tension held in muscles and connective tissue. The intention is to support mobility, circulation, and nervous system regulation.
