How It Works

Fill in the registration form below for the classes you wish to attend.
Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice will receive a credit to attend a future class.

If this is your first class with the Accessible Movement Project in 2026, please click the link to sign the online liability waiver. A signed waiver must be on file prior to participation in any class.

If possible, give yourself a few moments to get settled prior to class start time. Please let the teacher know if you have any special requests or physical limitations prior to the start time.

Settle in and enjoy 60 minutes of breath and movement in a beautiful setting. Know that your participation helps bring the gift of adapted movement and community building to those who would not otherwise have access.
Morning Reset
Let the warmth of the morning sun and gentle sounds of nature help you reconnect with your breath and body each week. These beginner-friendly classes blend the best of yoga and Pilates and are offered in beautiful outdoor settings. Classes are tailored to the students that arrive each week. Sunset Myofascial Release & Restore
Looking for a low-intensity way to take care of your body and mind? Offered at sunset, these classes combine gentle movement with self-massage techniques using therapy balls or similar props. Expect slow exploration, supported shapes, and time to release tension held in muscles and connective tissue.
